Installation
Our panels can be applied to most surfaces and can even be mounted over your existing tiles. Before attaching the panels, check whether the surface is straight or not. If the surface is very uneven, the slats should be fixed at intervals of 50cm. Leave small gaps to aid ventilation somewhere on each row of slats. They can be screwed, stapled, nailed or glued to the wall.
The most popular method of fixing panels is gluing. If you use this method, make sure the wall is free of dust or grease.
If you are using glue, please note the 3 options:
* Water-based gripper glue (e.g. Liquid nails)
* Solvent based gripper glue
* Silicon
It is important to make sure that when you attach the first panel, you check that it is running straight with a spirit level
